The lessons are taught in two formats: group classes called Awareness Through Movement®, and private lessons called Functional Integration®.In both formats, you learn better body mechanics and discover natural flexibility and comfort. This leads to a reduction of strain and tension throughout the whole body.Often, the body's movement is limited due to unconscious habits of muscular holding.
